Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with customer and market needs.
- Prioritize product features using data-driven analysis, customer feedback, and market insights.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and architecture teams to deliver scalable and high-quality features.
- Customer Engagement & Adoption:
- Actively engage with customers and partners to understand business pain points and opportunities.
- Drive feature adoption through enablement materials, rollout strategies, and feedback loops.
- Support customer workshops, product demonstrations, and onboarding sessions.
- Feature Lifecycle Management:
- Translate market and user needs into clear, detailed requirements and user stories.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to release and continuous iteration.
- Collaborate with UX, QA, and developers during the build phase and validate outcomes post-release.
- Domain Leadership:
- Act as the subject matter expert for Field Service processes, especially in IM&C and Utilities sectors.
- Influence product design by integrating best practices from EAM, SAP Plant Maintenance, and external workforce management.
Domain Expertise:
- Good to have experience in Field Service Management solutions and workflows.
- Knowledge of asset-intensive industry processes (e.g., preventive maintenance, outage planning, field dispatch).
- Functional familiarity with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
Industry Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of Industrial Machinery & Components (IM&C) , Utilities , or similar sectors.
- Awareness of regulatory, operational, and logistical challenges faced by asset-heavy organizations.
Technical & Functional Competencies:
- Exposure to external workforce and contractor management use cases.
- Working knowledge of map service providers (e.g., Google Maps, HERE, Esri) and geospatial integration in service solutions.
- Ability to work closely with architects and developers on API, integration, and extensibility aspects.
Product Management Skills:
- Strong capability in driving product features from concept to delivery.
- Experience in managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and using tools like JIRA or Aha!
- Ability to analyze market trends and benchmark against competitive offerings.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
