•Own the design and implementation for business intelligence architecture for Operational Excellence team using AWS platform and products.
• Own the design, implementation, and maintenance of new ongoing metrics, reports, analyzes, and dashboards to drive key business decisions.
• Partner with technology teams to define, extract, transform, and load data from many data sources using SQL and other tools.
• Conduct deep dive analyses of business problems and data issues provide data based recommendations to leaders and partner teams.
• Think outside of dashboards and metrics and work with business stakeholders, product teams to drive automation, product and process improvements to achieve theA day in the life- Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage

- 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab
- Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
