Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum College degree in related field (engineering, management studies, logistics, economics, etc.),
Experience working in a similar type of role in an Operations capacity
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills in English
Negotiation skills/experience
Ability to manage all aspects of customer service, customer satisfaction, and contractual commitments.
