About The Position

As Head of Growth at Elementor, you will be an essential part of our leadership team. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to accelerate the growth of our platform for page builders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, create and implement growth initiatives, and drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and lead Elementor’s overall growth strategy, setting clear goals, KPIs, and milestones.
  • Affiliate Team Management: Mentor and lead our high-performing Affiliate team, ensuring it aligns with the company's growth objectives and optimizes partner relationships.
  • User Acquisition: Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies to expand our user base and increase market penetration.
  • Conversion Optimization: Implement strategies to enhance the conversion funnel, improving user experience and increasing customer conversion rates.
  • Customer Retention: Create and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and engagement, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product and Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new markets, partnerships, and growth opportunities to diversify our platform's user base.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data and analytics to measure, analyze, and optimize the effectiveness of growth initiatives, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage the growth budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies that deliver maximum ROI.
  • Market Research: Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for the development of new growth strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role focused on growth, ideally in the tech or SaaS industry
  • Track record of successfully leading and scaling a growth team
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, user acquisition, conversion optimization, and customer retention strategies
