In this role you will:

  • Partner with Partner with product manager, program manager, and technology groups to ensure proper plans are in place for the timely delivery of technology required to support completion of CDD initiatives.

  • Communicate frequently with stakeholders regarding progress against planned releases, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive improvements.

  • Ensure transparency and clarity across planned release events for CDD initiatives. This includes helping teams recognize potential dependencies and conflicts.

  • Partner with product manager, program manager, and technology groups to mitigate delivery risk.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education.

  • 3+ years of Agile Experience.

  • 2+ years of experience with Programs & Delivery across Product Lines.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Ability to develop and deliver effective, well-articulated, written and oral communications (e.g., emails, presentation materials).

  • Experience motivating and influencing groups or individuals across organizational boundaries to gain trust and confidence to make timely decisions.

  • Excellent communications, interpersonal, and presentation skills across technical and non-technical groups.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading delivery of cross product initiatives in a high-pressure environment.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on proactive solutions.

  • Experience with Financial Crimes and Customer Screenin.g

  • Experience with leading various forms of Software Testing – e.g., End to end, Functional and Regression Testing.


Job Expectations:

For New York City, the pay for this role is a range between $138,500.00 to $287,60000.00 depending on experience.

For New Jersey, the pay for this role is a range between $126,400.00 to $262,00.00 depending on experience.

For North Carolina, the pay for this role is a range between $111,100.00 to $197,500.00 depending on experience.

Ability to travel up to 20%

Pay Range

$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
