The MSO’s Health R&D PMO is looking for an extraordinary engineering project manager capable of leading multiple projects of varying scale, complexity, and focus. As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving delivery of features and infrastructure for upcoming releases.
In this role, you will lead and support various health projects by working with engineering, design, QA, ops, and other teams multi-functionally to define, lead, and track deliverables. This role requires hands-on, deep involvement in product details and requirements and the ability to analyze the impact of various factors on scope, schedule and project delivery. As part of the Health R&D PMO team, you will lead and support projects that help improve how people manage their health.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of engineering project management experience, delivering software and services through a full project lifecycle
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with and align cross-functional teams
- Versatile problem solver who is adept at creative, analytical, and critical thinking to deconstruct problems and resolve conflicts.
- Master’s Degree
- Ability to recognize changing situations and pivot effectively while remaining flexible and calm during uncertain times
- Excellent interpersonal skills, especially the ability to filter and distill meaningful information to the right audience
