In this role, you will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models, processes, and operations. You will gather, understand, and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications. Additionally, you will analyze newly implemented technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
Your key responsibilities
As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering complex technical initiatives. This role can be based anywhere in the US, with regular travel required to meet client needs.
- Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
- Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
- Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.

- Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP Ariba SCC modules including:
- Purchase Order and Schedule Agreement Collaboration
- Forecast and Quality Collaboration
- Subcontracting Collaboration
- Vendor Managed Inventory
- Architect and manage integration with IBP, 09, SAP S/4HANA or ECC using Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), EDI/XML, or middleware platforms.
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Ensure data quality and manage master data integration across supplier networks.
- Provide technical support for enhancements, bug fixes, and performance optimization.
- Guide change management efforts and ensure solution adoption across business units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, IT, and supplier enablement.
- Provide guidance on Supplier enablement strategy, and provide guidance onboard Supplier
- Maintain documentation and training materials for internal teams and suppliers.
- Strong analytical skills to develop solutions to complex problems.
- Proven ability to manage engagement economics and resource planning.
- Experience in leading teams and managing change effectively.
- Ability to identify opportunities for additional services and lead specific RFP responses.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree)
- Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience in SAP Ariba implementation with at least 2 years focused on Supply Chain Collaboration
- Strong understanding of S4 direct procurement processes and supplier collaboration workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Ariba SCC configuration and integration with SAP backend systems.
- Familiarity with Ariba Network, Commerce Automation, and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP).
- Experience with Ariba CIG, EDI/XML protocols, and integration frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex project timelines.
- Solid written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ideally, you’ll also have
- An SAP Ariba SCC certification.
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, or life sciences industries
- Exposure to AI-driven procurement tools or autonomous sourcing platforms.
- Background in agile project delivery and sprint-based implementation cycles.
- Experience in managing client relationships and expectations.
- A strong background in technology analysis and implementation.
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives.

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $261,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,200 to $297,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
