Your impact

Based on site, as our Senior Project Manager, you'll play a key leadership role that enables vision to be translated into action. You'll provide strategic direction, leadership, and technical guidance while leading our Construction Supervision Team. We'll empower you to ensure design documentation is safely and accurately implemented on site, giving you the authority to uphold construction contract requirements. You'll join an organization that values your expertise and provides the platform for you to influence major developments in Saudi Arabia's transformative journey.

In this role, you'll have overall management authority and responsibility for all activities of JACOBS staff, including safety. You'll fully understand the aspects of site supervision and construction management of large and complex projects, applying your expertise to deliver exceptional results. We'll rely on your ability to manage Jacobs project resources, assuring the timely supply of human resources and verifying that these resources have the skills necessary to complete work cost-effectively and satisfactorily.

Your leadership will be crucial in providing "Added Value" for the team, facilitating inter-disciplinary coordination and communication between our Head Office team and supervision team. You'll monitor and control contractor's performance in accordance with Project's QMP, ensuring construction activities remain consistent with contractual and technical specification requirements. Your skill in measuring employer satisfaction through feedback meetings, reports, and correspondence will help maintain strong client relationships.

Health and Safety leadership is paramount in this role. You'll take a leadership position on H&S issues where there are clearly unacceptable standards or practices, demonstrating commitment by always setting a personal example. You'll give recognition for good H&S performance and ensure safe systems of work are in place for all Jacobs employees. Your responsibilities will include ensuring task/location-specific risk assessments are prepared for potential hazards, arranging HSE induction and training for the Jacobs Team, ensuring adequate welfare arrangements are available, and reporting all HSE incidents. You'll ensure prompt treatment for injured employees and conduct thorough investigation and analysis of all accidents.

We'll value your enthusiasm for improving safety performance of site operations and your ability to communicate effectively with site teams, motivating them to meet project objectives. Your excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills in English will be essential as you ensure compliance with Jacobs Business Management System requirements and internal reporting procedures.
