Key ResponsibilitiesCheck the daily status of the machinery as outlined in the daily machinery inspection schedule. Record the results accurately and report any abnormalities to the supervisor each time an issue is found.
Ensure the smooth operation of the copper forming press machine to achieve high-quality output.
Collect any fallen workpieces from the floor or the machine after each job is completed, and record this accurately on the designated form. Additionally, personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn strictly as required.
Maintain the cleanliness of machines and the work area (5S) as directed by the supervisor.Clean PPE after each use and store it in the cabinet once it is dry.
Perform work according to departmental work specifications.
Maintain and care for the machinery to ensure it is always ready for operation.
YOU MUST HAVEJunior school / High School / Vocational or equivalent with 2 to 5 years related experience.
Basic English communication skill – both verbal and written.
Sufficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office (word/ excel).
Ability to work rotating shifts, with days off that may not fall on weekends
