As Strategic Partnerships Manager you will be the external face of the Amazon Devices organisation, owning and setting the strategy for how we shape our Devices business in the Offline Retail channel. You will have autonomy to own and build retail partnerships, with sales responsibility for our 4 key product categories: Echo, FireTV, Fire Tablets, and Kindle E-readers.The successful candidate will possess strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop deep and integrated partnerships to unlock and maximise Amazon Device growth. You will be a conscientious thinker, with the energy to move at pace. You will be an expert in consumer electronic retail dynamics, trends and challenges.
London, Munich, Berlin, LuxembourgKey job responsibilities- Coordinate new product launches - this includes influencing launch timelines based upon channel restrictions, as well as ensuring go-to-market activities are executed flawlessly across all retail partners.- Drive continuous improvement in the retail channels by testing new marketing initiatives.
- Fluency in German and English is a must-have. You should be able to communicate complex business concepts in verbal and written form in German and English.
- Several years of experience in Sales/Account Management within consumer electronics or high-tech product environments.
- Superb analytical skills and business judgment.
- Demonstrated ability in simplifying complex problems and articulating a clear path forward through the use of data.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
