Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor subconsultant costs against budgets to identify potential cost impacts.
• Prepare and maintain cost reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Report to Project Controls Manager and collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting.
• Assist in the development and implementation of cost control procedures and processes.
• Review and validate invoices and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cost control.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in cost control functions.
• Proficiency in cost control software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
