Your key responsibilities

Manages and coordinates the day-to-day maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, andassociated equipment. Oversees staff that installs, inspects, repairs, and maintains building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management.
• Direct supervision of the team and third party service provider
o Monitor and give decisions for day to day transactions
o Check reports
o Approvals for access control, parking, gate pass, etc.
o Review Billings, costings, proposals
• Attend to queries/escalations of various service line/service functions
o Functions that require organic EY employee
o Pollution control
o Security Officer
o BCP Coordinator
o ERT Team Lead
o ISO Coordinator
o Safety Officer
To qualify for the role, you must have
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related field
• At least 8 years of work experience in Facilities Management
• Must be willing to be assigned in Cebu
