Sales, National VP - AllParts Medical (Field-Based, USA)
Your role:
- The Vice-President is responsible for leading a high-performance team of Sales Specialists through effective hiring, training, coaching and all aspects of performance management.
- Helps develop sales proposals and responses to request for proposals (RFPs).
- Determines and monitors the department's key performance indicatorssuch as revenue vs. plan, contact rate, quote closure rate, lost salesanalysis and gross profit percentage
- Directs complex sales negotiations, attends sales presentations andhelps close deals
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 7+ years ofmedical sales experience with a minimum of 5 + years’ experience in asales leadership position
- Your skills include proven ability to build and develop a sales force that utilizes relationship salesmanagement techniques across the organization and across the customerbase. Ideal candidate will be a leader in managing in a cross-functionalenvironment and work effectively with other visions within the organization inthe management of complex sales issues.
- You have a bachelors degree and MBA preferred
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for thisposition.
