  • About this role:

    Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate.

    The CIB COO Support team in India that will assist the onshore team in completing weekly deck for management which can be inclusive of Financials, Metrics, Issues Management and Expense Initiatives. They will also assist with creating and updating Org Charts in a standard format as well as make monthly updates. The India team will also assist with communication leveraging the shared mailbox detailing market data and or BYOD.


    In this role, you will:

  • Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups
  • Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
  • The team will perform/complete administrative processes which includes:

    Operational / Business Effectiveness – where the I&P team will assist the onshore team in completing:

  • Trend in volumes
  • SLA Reporting
  • Volume Per FTE
  • Capacity modeling / Utilization
  • Any other additional relevant metrics identified by the onshore team.
  • Risk and Control/Governance Reporting which includes the I&P team assisting where the team member will complete various types of reporting which will includes:
  • Incident Reporting
  • Regulatory Dashboard
  • Resiliency Management Dashboard (BCP, RRP, Service Catalog, legal entity)
  • Issue Management
  • Operational Risk (ORE) Reporting
  • Surveillance (First Line of Defense)
  • 3rd Party Oversight & Reporting
  • RCSA, Procedures, EUCT validation
  • Financial Performance Management where the I&P team will assist in completing:
  • Cost Reporting Month to Date (MTD) / Year to Date (YTD)
  • Direct / Indirect Reporting and Analysis
  • Variance to Forecast/ Plan
  • Provide insights and trend analysis
  • Headcount (HC) Management (Internal & External FTE) where the I&P team will assist in completing the following:
  • Develop, Maintain and Implement Growth hire request template with Business Case
  • HC Forecasting and Reporting
  • Vendors, Contractors / Consultants reporting
  • Consolidate, review & obtain approvals
  • Communicate managers of the decision
  • People and Talent where the I&P team will be leveraged to assist with completing the following:
  • HC and Attrition Reporting
  • Analyze and provide insights to attrition.
  • Talent Identification Status update
  • Succession Planning Status update
  • Leaders / People connect sessions conducted.
  • L&D updates
  • Analytics and Reporting where I&P will assist in completing:
  • Capacity Planning
  • Other Business Activities – creating and updating adhoc reports which can include.
  • SharePoint Governance, Development & Maintenance
  • Program / Project Management
  • Other ad-hoc business requests
  • For all the processes listed above the I&P team will consult with CIB COO Support business leaders to define very complex reporting and analytics requirements. They will construct presentations to communicate strategic findings/ recommendation to internal customers. The team will utilize data to derive business knowledge, make decisions, and track results. The team will create and Optimize Dashboard reports.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of BusinessExecution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications

  • Key skill sets needed: Data gathering, analysis and presentation, Problem-solving skills, Business acumen, Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, Ability to integrate data/financial analysis into streamlined presentations.
  • MBA or Graduate in Finance, Management or Strategy
  • 2-4 years of Experience in business planning and strategy, consulting in the BFSI sectors; or a Master's degree or higher education in fields such as business, finance or economics
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Ability to manipulate large sets of data (BI Tools, Pivot Tables, Macros)

Job Expectations:
