When you join as a Regional/Community Planner, you’ll be responsible for the following:
• Performing creative work which involves both conventional and unconventional types of planning, engagement, and complex project management
• Managing transit, multimodal, and community engagement projects requiring collaboration with local, state, and federal agencies
• Developing planning and study documentation
• Supporting public and community outreach efforts, including meeting with public agency staff and leadership, and the general public.
• Identifying planning strategies to support local and regional planning projects
• Assisting with discretionary grant applications for project funding
