Participate in the evolution of Scaled Operations' analytics roadmap, contributing to the team's long-term planning and technical development.
Your Expertise:
10+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, business operations, or consulting, ideally in a tech-enabled or operational environment.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics); advanced degree a plus.
Strong command of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker); working knowledge of Python or R preferred.
Proven ability to navigate large and complex datasets to deliver clear, actionable insights.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex topics in a compelling and concise way.
High degree of autonomy and accountability; comfortable leading projects with minimal guidance.
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and collaborate effectively across functions.
