• manufacturability/value/costengineering activities within

  DFX (Design for eXcellence)conventions and Value Engineering workshops.

• Partnerswith R&D, representing Procurement in New Product Introduction projects

• Responsible to develop, communicate, and manage detailed procurement activity schedules that support higher level program schedules, ensuring communication within purchasing and cross functional stakeholders.

• Partnerswith Supplier Quality and Executes Advanced Product Quality Plan (APQP) factory related supplier improvement actions

• ManagesProduct Costs within assigned commodity. Develops / maintains Should Cost Modeling to achieve challenging cost reduction goals.

You're the right fit if:

• You've a Bachelor’sdegree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.

• You've 10+years’ experience in hardware design and/or matrixed manufacturing with a focus on supply chain and/or procurement related function.

• You've deepexperience in understanding technical product requirements and translating it to minimize life cycle product cost

• Your skills include, practicalknowledge of Supply Chain management strategies and tools.

  . Experience with cost engineering and cost management.

• You have the abilityto lead teams and influence cross-functional relationships.
