Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead the Direct Sales for Southern India.
Help Honeywell teams understand and develop effective product messaging, end user product requirements and product value propositions.
Charting out a clear path for achieving the 2X business growth for the Southern Region in the next 3 years.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
Have experience in the following Technologies & Processes: DCS, MES SCADA, PLC, MCC, Ethernet Networking, Cyber Security, Industrial Software Solutions like Historian, APC, OTS, Asset Management etc.
Have industry domain knowledge and expertise around smart machine concepts (Industry 4.0, IIoT) in various verticals like MMM, Oil & Gas, Power, Life Sciences, Chemicals, Paper & Pulp etc.
Have experience with technical sales support, direct sales, or sales consultant experience is required. Should be familiar with customer centric selling or equivalent sales process for solution selling. Direct Selling Experience of DCS/Turnkey System Solutions is mandatory.
Must also have proven commercial awareness and acumen.
Clear Understanding of the Western India.
Overall 12+ Years’ Experience with minimum 3-4 years of experience in a direct customer-facing role (Sales & Marketing) in the automation industry and should have handled large accounts directly.
Experience in developing strategic offering roadmap & execution and
Experience orchestrating meetings that include multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
Ability to influence and communicate at all levels.
Comfortable in group settings to drive an agenda to meet desired outcomes.
Ability to clearly communicate thoughts and ideas
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with strong persuasion, influencing abilities and credible confident presence.
