- Extensive experience (8+ years) in designing and developing large-scale, consumer-facing web applications
- Experience in leading a team of engineers - building strong teams, set and evangelize vision, facilitative leadership, attract and retain key talent
- Proven business acumen, strategic thinking, and strategy development
- Experience with developing backend application using Java/J2EE and Spring Boot
- Experience with developing frontend application using JavaScript and React
- Experience with web services (REST or GraphQL)

- Expertise in the industry best development practices
- Experience in setting up and managing Cloud Infrastructure (AWS), Docker/Kubernetes, Big-Data, Analytics and Monitoring Tools

- Strong leadership experience: Leading meetings, presenting, technical go-to person, and cross-functional leader
