Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate assigned equipment to complete painting tasks.
  • Prepare, paint, and apply finish coatings to aircraft components and/or assemblies.
  • Engage and participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance processes and productivity.
  • Facilitate the implementation of the Honeywell Operating System.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adhere to all safety rules and regulations to promote a safe working environment.
  • Record and report production data accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Analyze data and production reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Set up and change over equipment as needed to meet production requirements.

Shift Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm

All applicants for placement in DOT/FAA safety-attuned positions will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug test, testing for Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines (amphetamine, methamphetamine, MDMA, MDA), Phencyclidine (PCP), and Opioids (codeine, heroin, morphine, oxycodone, oxymorphone, hydrocodone, hydromorphone). The DOT/FAA regulations require all employees, regular and temporary, in safety-attuned positions, to be included in the Honeywell Anti-drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Plan.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 4+ years of experience in either Aerospace, Automotive, or Marine industry.
  • Experience with paint masking of IDs, ODs, surfaces, etc.
  • 3 years of experience working with engineering to improve the manufacturing process.
  • Ability to lift/transport up to 35 pounds.
