- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of program management experience.
- Experience managing Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment processes with retailers (i.e. managing sell-in, sell-through, and sell-out demand forecasting or inventory allocation throughout product life-cycle).
- Ability to communicate in Spanish fluently, to collaborate with Spanish speaking stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in planning, demand forecasting and inventory optimization (setting goals, defining inventory).
- Experience with SQL for data mining.
- Understanding of supply chain management (scheduling, warehousing, fulfillment, reverse logistics).
