Your key responsibilities
As a Senior Manager within our team you will be working on a varied and global portfolio of client engagements – ranging in size and complexity. These clients will be household names and you will be leading an innovative EY Service Management team, ensuring a high-quality delivery of compliance and coordination services.
On a day to day basis you will be actively managing your global team, focusing on meeting contractual obligations, making sure we are QRM compliant, and promptly resolving client issues which are escalated to you (with the support of your wider teams where required). Proactively managing service delivery risk through review of issue & risk logs, and escalation routes. Your role as the owner of these engagements is to be the strategic lead driving excellent client service.
Outside of day to day client service activities you will be a key contact for the EY network, on proposals and pricing requests. You will manage a geographical region and create a strong relationship with the lead in country, assisting them in key proposals, including presenting at client orals as and when required. You will also drive business development within your engagement and the wider team.
o Degree level qualification or equivalent, or
o Proven work record in a similar environment
o Excellent communication skills – both written and verbally
o Excellent MS Excel and word capability
o This role does not specifically require tax or accounting qualifications or experience, but previous experience in these areas would be extremely beneficial and local qualifications in these fields would be welcome.
