We are looking for a Talent Coordinator that is dedicated to the Talent function and PPEDD processes and will support multiple PPEDD related projects and activities with different stakeholders. It requires an individual who is analytical can balance multiple priorities, provide consistent and high-quality support to the Executive PPEDD Lead, Talent Consultants, and other stakeholders, and demonstrate a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail. Automation of current processes will be required and an ability to interpret data is key. This role works independently with minimum supervision.
Your key responsibilities
- Supports the project management and delivery of Executive PPEDD processes (PPEDD promotions, LEAD for PPEDDs, succession planning, approval process for new PPEDD roles, other ad-hoc PPEDD activities & requests)
- Is part of the Core LEAD and LEAD for PPEDD team – working closely with TD&L and GDS to deploy and support LEAD initiatives across the Executive; also responsible for scheduling team calls and agenda setting
- Manages relationships with ETT, Global and Area teams to gain a broader understanding of Function/Global/Area requirements and approach, and considers impact on Executive processes
- Acts as the first point of contact for ETT and Area stakeholders on queries related to Executive PPEDD processes
- Supports the Executive PPEDD Lead with continuous improvement by challenging and/or refining existing practices, and by proposing and implementing new solutions
- Creates detailed analysis data to be shared with the Executive leadership panel at multiple points throughout the fiscal year, to support leadership discussions and inform decisions
- Drafts content and communications templates for Talent Consultants and Executive functions to leverage
- Creates and delivers content for awareness sessions and webcasts related to Executive PPEDD processes
- Actively participates in network calls with Global and Area stakeholders, seizing opportunities to grow knowledge
- Provides ad-hoc reporting data related to PPEDDs to support other activities on request
- Actively supports any change efforts due to be rolled out globally (e.g. LEAD enhancements) by sharing the benefits and promoting ways to reduce barriers to implementation
- Develops and maintain relationships across the ETT; sharing best practices, helping to keep others on track with due dates and deliverables. Where possible promotes and demonstrates an inclusive and global mindset
- Develops an in-depth knowledge of the EY organization. Seeks to understand how the firm is changing, anticipate opportunities, and put plans in place to help deliver on goals and objectives
- Supports the Talent function in annual talent processes (i.e., LEAD, EY People Survey, etc.) and ensures deliverables and deadlines are met.
- Works with the HR/COE teams to prepare function/COE specific reporting such as headcount, LEAD reports, and other related management reporting. This may involve gathering data from various sources, analyzing trends, and creating Executive summaries which are used on a quarterly basis to help leadership understand the people aspects of their business.
- Validates functional HR data and liaises with the HR team, Regional Talent teams and functions as needed to co-ordinate necessary data corrections.
- Participates in meetings with stakeholders to develop closer relationships and better understand stakeholder issues. Connects with stakeholders, seizing opportunities to grow knowledge.

Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience of working in a people related role with project experience
- Experience of working in a cross-border, virtual environment would be beneficial
- Experience of working in a consulting organization or in professional services
