Description
Responsibilities: • Manage, collect, and share community sentiments in an actionable way with key partners particularly Executive Leadership• Partner with I&D, People and Comms leadership to develop multi-channel employee communications with a focus on driving belonging, transparency and clarity• Stay current on external trends and global crisis - establish response playbook in partnership with leadership and key partners to ensure community support and business continuity• Support Advisors through complex issues related to inclusion and diversity topics• Spearhead the growth, development, and impact of DNAs — developing strategies to increase employee participation and engagement, as well as establishing metrics to track the effectiveness of large scale DNA programs and I&D initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
  • Passion and commitment to Apple’s values of Inclusion & Diversity
  • Demonstrated experience in applying knowledge of I&D to solve complex business challenges
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mobilize and achieve impact through others
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in program or project management executing across a matrixed organization
  • Personal stature and influence to be credible with top management
  • Ability to effectively consult and support multiple business stakeholders; Experience driving consensus across complex topics and creating shared goals
  • Role Model inclusive leadership behaviors which include build, develop and retain diverse teams
  • Agile, resilient, and determined to ensure initiatives are accomplished and successful
  • Proficiency in being flexible and adaptable according to the changing needs and priorities of the organization
  • Experience in conflict resolution and negotiation
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
