What you’ll do
Lead and/or initiate cross Citi projects as well as train new team members
Deliver HR services and build capabilities to drive organizational performance through individuals and managers, identify issues and recommend solutions.
Coordinate and ensure seamless end-to-end delivery of global priorities and life cycle processes
Coordinate and consult with country HR partners to deliver cluster activities
Provide recommendations for and monitor completion of HR process and policy improvements using operational metrics, survey results, and other key performance indicators
Support HRDP objectives through the effective use of HR systems such as Workday and Service Now
Discuss strategic topics, progress of initiatives and action plans, results and metrics with stakeholders including Cluster Senior Management
Steer global initiatives in partnership with the operational model and global processes
Collaborate with stakeholders on HR priorities in respective client populations to ensure delivery, implementation, and communication of HR solutions
Responsible for HR delivery and implementation across the employee lifecycle
Provides expert problem management support to difficult or complex issues and ensures root-cause analysis is conducted with any learning applied for future benefit
Ensure effective delivery and execution of processes through partnering with disciplines to translate policies into operational processes, identifying key controls, capacity planning, driving improvement and measuring performance
Manage process delivery escalations and partner with Global Processes Owners to deliver resolutions issue reporting. Ensure all stakeholders are kept regularly informed of progress to closure
Partner with Risk and Control and Disciplines on issues to ensure appropriate risks are assessed and ensure appropriate actions are taken
What we’ll need from you
Bachelor’s degree/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
8+ years of relevant experience
Excellent communication skills
Fluent English language skills
Working knowledge of HR functions
Proficient in Microsoft Office and PeopleSoft
