What you`ll do:
As a Senior Penetration Tester, you will conduct advanced security evaluations on various applications and systems to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective measures. Your expertise will directly contribute to strengthening our organization’s security posture. You will consistently think ahead and out-of-the-box to anticipate new threats and vulnerabilities and contribute to developing cutting-edge defensive strategies.
Conduct thorough penetration tests on BTP infrastructure and services identifying security vulnerabilities.
Perform manual and automated security assessments using industry-standard tools.
Provide actionable recommendations to mitigate risks.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to integrate security best practices into SDLC processes. Contribute to the continuous improvement of security processes, methodologies and tools.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Keep abreast of emerging threats, trends, and new technologies in the cybersecurity landscape.
Mentor junior team members and provide guidance in developing their technical skills.
Support incident response investigations and provide expertise during security breaches.
Develop an understanding of the BTP infrastructure and services’ technical architectures
What you bring:
Good university degree (bachelor, diploma, master, PhD), preferably in cyber security, computer science, or related field.
At least 5 years’ experience in penetration testing or at least CTF activities, secure software development or security management.
Being analytical, structured and a good communicator.
Fluent written and verbal skills in English, German is a plus.
Security Certifications like CEH, CE(P)T, PenTest+, OSWE, OSCP are appreciated but no prerequisite
