Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in a customer-facing role troubleshooting hardware, software, in cloud or on-premises server infrastructure management, including diagnosing and troubleshooting operating systems, computer hardware, and server hardware.
Active US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) security clearance with Polygraph.
Ability to lift/move 50lb (23kg) of equipment and ability to exert yourself physically over extended periods of time, including frequent bending, kneeling, climbing, pushing/pulling and lifting.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with performing component-level repairs on IT equipment.
Experience debugging workload issues across multi node environments.
Experience working with any public cloud services and infrastructure.
Experience in computer networking (e.g., TCP/IP, routing, load balancing, etc.).
Understanding of basic web technologies (e.g., HTTP, HTML, DNS, TCP, etc.).
