About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders (Project Planning)

  • Lead the execution of the project according to the project plan. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion. Ensure the project's deliverables meet the quality standards and specified requirements (Execution and Monitoring)

  • Allocate project resources appropriately and ensure they are used efficiently (Resource Management)

  • Develop and monitor the project budget, ensuring the project remains within financial constraints (Budget Management)

  • Identify potential risks and devise contingency plans to manage them effectively (Risk Management)

  • Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders, including team members, management, and external partners, to keep them informed of project progress and potential issues (Stakeholder Communication)

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and budgets (Documentation)

  • Provide guidance and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment (Team Leadership)

The skills you will bring include:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with 2-3 years experience and a track record of successfully managing and delivering technology projects

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and proficiency in project management software tools

  • Excellent organizational and decision-making skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure

  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

  • General knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development life cycles, and current technology trends

  • PMP, PgMP, or similar project/program management certification is preferred.
