Technical Excellence

• Proficient in managing hospital empanelment processes, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and performance standards. Experienced in coordinating with state and union territory health departments to facilitate smooth operational workflows. Strong understanding of healthcare quality management principles, with the ability to implement and monitor quality assurance protocols. Demonstrated capability in analyzing hospital operations to drive efficiency and enhance service delivery. Knowledgeable in contract management practices within the healthcare sector, ensuring accountability and transparency in agreements.

Qualification

• Hospital Empanelment Management (6+ Years)

Experience

• Minimum 6 years and <10 years of post- qualification experience in Hospital Administration, or Hospital Operations, or Healthcare Quality Management and Assurance.

People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements. You will need a practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
