You will sit within the global Financial Governance team supporting US Personal Bank, Wealth and Infrastructure Technology leadership in their planning, definition and execution of service costing, pricing and billing strategy.


What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of initiatives.
  • Configuration data management for accurate cost modelling . Ensure completeness and timeliness of service total cost of ownership reporting.
  • Responsible for business analysis and reporting as it pertains to the Cost Transparency function
  • Assess value and develop user stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with the business strategy.
  • Liaise with global Billing Operations and Service teams oncost and recovery insights.
  • Partner with Finance teams to understand current year andmulti-year expense forecasts.
  • Responsible forcontinued progression and maturation of business processes and systemsto enhance financial transparency initiatives whilst reducing manual touch points.
  • Help scope, plan and deliver Cost Transparency activities for change management projects
  • Take a proactive approach to risk and controls

What We’ll Need From You

  • Apptio experience (migration, configuration, coding, reporting) is preferred.
  • Prior business / financial analyst experience in financial and data systems (e.g. General Ledgers, financial reporting, data-driven analysis. Cost modelling is preferred).
  • Extensive experience in business systems analysis (configuration or custom development) activities for analytical and / or financial tooling and reporting capabilities.
  • Stakeholder management (clients, peers, vendors, internal service providers from other functions)
  • Experience defining and launching operational or financial processes.
  • Experience structuring and leading work and driving consensus across teams comprised of diverse groups of senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint or similar applications
