Our services span compliance, residence and domicile issues, wealth optimisation, and estate and succession planning. With a diverse UK and non-UK domiciled client base, we frequently provide cross-border tax support through EY’s international network.
- Experience advising a range of clients (AIM-listed, PE-backed, family-owned, and OMBs)

Your key responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted client relationship
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage and deliver technically complex tax consulting projects with a practical, business-focused approach. Supervise, coach, and mentor junior team members
- Contribute to people initiatives, including team development, training, and retention
About you
- Client-focused with strong strategic and commercial awareness
- Excellent tax technical knowledge
- Strong relationship management and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confident negotiator with the ability to sustain and articulate opinions effectively
- Proven business development capability — identifying and converting opportunities
- Effective time and project management skills; able to meet deadlines and monitor budgets
- Creative and pragmatic problem-solver
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach and positive attitude
- Experience advising a range of clients (AIM-listed, PE-backed, family-owned, and OMBs)
Qualifications
- ACA / CTA / Tax Inspectors qualification (with full technical training), Law qualification, or equivalent tax specialist qualification
- Strong tax technical and business development skills
- Experience coaching and developing junior staff
