As a manager, you will work with your clients and collaborate with you team using data, and technology professionals, and/or third-party strategic alliances to deliver strategic technology-enabled transformations, technology risk remediation and major digital implementations.

To qualify for the role you must have
- 6+ years of financial industry experience, in particular working with Banks or Credit Unions or in a consulting capacity focused in Banking
- Experience in design and implementation of program governance and program management strategies
- Experience in conducting in-depth analysis of business requirements and translate them into detailed system specifications.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions in the financial services industry
- Past project experiences using Agile methodology practices & driving iterative development and continuous improvement.
- Understanding of business development activities such as responding to request for proposals (RFP), structuring solutions, client orals/presentations, drafting statement of work and managing sales pipeline.
- Strong project management skills with an ability to deliver on complex situations or problems.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and the ability to adjust your communication style based on audience needs.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Relevant certification or degree such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP or MBA
- Prior IT Risk remediation experience would be an asset
- Ability to manage and deliver client engagements, build client relationships, and support team development. This will include generating new business opportunities by developing ideas and solutions to present to internal and external clients
- Lead the development and execution of systems integration projects and roadmaps
- Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring clear and effective collaboration between business and technical teams.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, fostering a culture of learning and development.
