What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Project Supervision: Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure multi projects are executed according to the design, schedule, and quality standards. Ensure construction activities comply with cleanroom conditions.
- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate several external, including subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow and productivity.
- Manage the onsite activities for Low, medium, and high voltage scopes, starting from design coordination until handover. Managing and execute construction projects from start to finish.
- Participate in the concept design phase and provide input until the handover phase.
- Lead, coordinate, and conclude the MEP construction activities amongst several teams.
- Maintain Tesla quality standards
- Able to communicate with subcontractors and other team members.
- Health & Safety: Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all site personnel, particularly in accordance with Cell Production room specifications.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry. Preference for clean room experience as battery or pharmaceutical factories.
- Proficiency in English written and verbal communication is a must. German or Polish is a plus.
- Get-things-done and make it work attitude.
- Experience with I&C.
- Experience in Low Voltage and Medium Voltage Switchgear
