- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience supporting customers across industries/leading programs in enterprise implementations/escalation management/consulting.
- Experience with SAP, on-premise/hybrid cloud computing, identity, security models, cloud monitoring/logging, local/cloud storage, IaaS solutions/virtual machines/networks.
- Experience with SAP for cloud technologies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience implementing large-scale cloud or software projects in corporate environments.
- Understanding of modern application migration and modernization approaches.
- Understanding of cloud architectural capabilities with a broad set of enterprise use cases.
- Excellent organizational, investigative and influencing skills.
