Achieves successful on-site installation, servicing, and repair processes for 16 learning facilities of complex equipment and systems without direct supervision. You will follow detailed work instructions and amend any outdated or incorrect instructions with help of Operations team. You will make improvements to training guides and documentation. You will achieve continuous improvement initiatives in the field to quickly fix any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment. You will Ensure that the building operators have the supplies needed to complete work. You will ensure the warehouse is well organized and stocked. Ensure that staff are up to date with Safety Requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience diagnosing and repairing
• Identify issues and problems on mechanical equipment and repair.
• Inspect for Quality of work performed in each site location
• Ensure Work Orders are completed on time and develop action plan for deferred maintenance
• Provide Customer Support.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Post secondary education, 5th class Power Engineer or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• 5 years of troubleshooting equipment and ability to repair
• 5 years of building maintenance experience

WE VALUE

• Previous industry experience , minimum 5 years’ experience, hands on repairs
• Previous technical/installation experience in repairs and maintenance procedures
• Previous customer service experience
• Good written and oral communication
• Ability to follow instructions and identify mistakes
• Technical/professional certificate in electrical or mechanical.
