Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, account management, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
Ability to communicate in one of the Nordics languages (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian) and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience collaborating with cross-functional international teams and managing stakeholders (internal and external facing).
Experience managing and customizing record for a customer base.
Experience in new business sales and business analysis.
Ability to work on their own, lead, motivate and work well with others.
Ability to multi-task and to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically to develop business recommendations, action plans, as well as ideas on improving internal processes.
