• Develop and improve your qualitative and quantitative research and analysis skillset

• Develop automated tools and templates to support consistent data collection and validation
• Utilize data analytics tools to track and accurately report the key performance metrics of live projects
• Analyze and drive improvements of existing processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete project tasks
• Automate tracking and reporting system for active and inflight multi-sourcing projects
• Monthly multi-sourcing performance flash (launch status, benefit tracking, operational performances and etc.)
