Title:SR SPECIALIST KEY ACCOUNTS
Purpose:Support Key Account Manager with the daily execution processes of assigned account.
Key Accountabilities:
PLANNING:
- Track together with Order Fulfilment SO drops or cancelations & inform KAMs
- Track product availability (future confirmations) & align with monthly SI FCST.
- Presale formats to share with clients.
- Presale article validation according to segmentation.
- Catalogue creation support
EXECUTION (In season)
- Manage e2e reception of POs, availability & deliveries.
- Track invoicing.
- Re-orders & SOH opportunities.
- OB maintenance and cleansing
- Daily PCR tracking, assure flowless execution.
- NOOS replenishment (with KAM & BP)
- Catalogue optimization support
- Track together with KAM Sell Out, Sell In and Digital KPIs
- Track together with KAM Ads KPIs
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Analytical skills & detail oriented
- Results driven
- Organization, planning & prioritization of tasks.
- Good communication skills
- Advance Excel is a must. Power BI, SAP, other tools as a plus.
- Collaboration & teamplay.
Qualifications(Minimum required education and experience):
- University degree.
- Intermediate English.
- Preferable experience in the retail industry of sports and/or fashion and/or FMCG. Pure Player experience is a bonus.
- Experience of 2-4 years in analytical or commercial or ecommerce positions.
- Interests in commercial/ADS activities and development in digital field and accounts such as Mercado Libre or Amazon.
