Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to a team driving the definition of client financials, including revenue, expenses, cost of credit, and client capital
  • Key stakeholders include coverage leads (Corporate, Commercial, Private Bank, Financial Institutions), product heads (Markets, Banking, Services, Wealth, US Personal Banking), and geographical leads (country and cluster CEOs)
  • Help to develop and implement attribution methodologies for client revenue, expenses and capital to fully load the client P&L
  • Assist in defining both wholistic and marginal client return hurdles in conjunction with business partners
  • Partner with the product teams to improve efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, and/or controls
  • Ensure current and future data policies and governance principles are followed
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in financial services and Client analytics
  • Demonstrated financial modeling skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships and interact at all levels of an organization
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree required
  • Master’s degree a plus
