Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience with network routing protocols, design and troubleshooting, with network equipment providers.
- Experience with test methodologies, writing test plans and creating test cases.
- Experience in test automation using Python or C++.
Preferred qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in configuring enterprise-class routers, switches, firewalls and wireless controllers across different vendors.
- Experience in deploying and working with Local Area Networks (LANs), Wireless Local Area Networks (WLANs) and Wide Area Networks (WANs).
- Experience in high volume, high availability network technologies.
- Solid knowledge of fundamental networking technologies and protocols (ARP Ethernet, DHCP, IPSec, GRE, WiFi standards, routing protocols, DNS, RADIUS, 802.1x).
- Knowledge of principles and the practice of processes for developing computer software, ability to write working and well structured code.
