- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in sales, data, and analytics.
- Experience with people management, and leading and developing a sales team.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience using or deploying digital analytics and measurement solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, develop recommendations and build action plans that delivered clear impact.
- Ability to identify client’s biggest challenges to define customer and product strategy, enabling longer-term opportunities.
- Ability to lead multiple teams, with conflicting priorities, managing complex problems by evaluating internal/external risk of action plans.
- Ability to serve as a domain expert and product thought leader for industry, vertical, sales program or business unit.
