Job Area:

  • Customer support engineer, focusing on Boot, Stability and Security of embedded operation system.

Job Description:

  • Support Qualcomm PC/mobile chipset customer for design-win projects.

  • Help OEMs to understand QCT software/solution, give customers training of QCT products.

  • Help/direct customer engineers to resolve the issues in using QCT solution no matter it is QCT problem or not.

  • Play consultant/expert role, trouble shooting, identify problem reported by customers, analyze and report issues to developer team, help developer team to narrow down the root cause and fix problems.

Skills/Experience Required

  • Strong experience in ASM/C/C++ programming.

  • Strong understanding of ARM architecture and embedded OS theory.

  • Strong embedded software debugging skills on driver/system level on real time operating systems.

  • Familiar with BOOT is a plus.

  • Familiar with stability debug is a plus.

  • Familiar with assembly, simulators/JTAG-debuggers.

  • Familiar with test equipment such as Oscilloscope/Logic Analyzers, test-mobiles & logging tools is a plus.

  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills, high motivation.

  • The ability to learn quickly and must be a self-starter.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor or above with a major of computer science or relevant.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
