Senior Systems Engineer I/II
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction and execution of full system product lifecycle management, ensuring high standards of quality and regulatory compliance
- Translate user and business requirements into detailed product specifications and high-level system architecture, while overseeing integration and verification activities
- Decompose complex software systems into subsystems and components, allocate derived requirements, and maintain end-to-end traceability
- Conduct design trade-off analyses, evaluate feasibility of technical solutions, and facilitate technical and design review sessions
- Ensure robust Product Safety Risk Management practices are implemented in full compliance with applicable regulations
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Over 10 years of experience in object-oriented programming languages such as C# and C++
- Skilled in applying Systems Engineering methodologies, including process frameworks, documentation, and tooling
- Experienced in defining product and system design specifications, managing interface requirements, and leading technical and design reviews
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex technical challenges
- Highly motivated to learn and adapt to emerging technologies and evolving project needs
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and automated testing strategies
