The ideal candidate will be highly analytical and demonstrate advanced problem solving, analysis, modeling, and reporting skills. You will be passionate about analyzing large data sets, leveraging multiple sources, and exploring new analytical tools to answer complex business questions. You will also be able to independently plan scope of a project, understand the problem statement, construct the analysis, identify data sources and execute the study end to end.Key job responsibilities
• Build new analytical tools, interfacing with business and technical stakeholders• Develop models and metrics providing insights on customer experience and performance• Interface with other teams to extract, transform and load data• Drive process efficiency and automation• Drive adoption of analytical tools across business stakeholders• Drive meaningful insights triangulating across multiple data sources and share actionable findings with stakeholders

- 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab
- Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
