This position encompasses managing and enhancing primary benefitofferings, including pensions, medical insurance, and risk coverage optionssuch as Accidental Death & Disability. Additionally, this role will overseea broader range of employee programs, including wellness initiatives, flexiblebenefits schemes, fitness offerings, meal vouchers, and various localizedbenefits tailored to specific regional preferences, all while ensuringcompliance with legal requirements.Theanalyst will drive the implementation of a streamlined benefits delivery modelthat emphasizes efficient process design and documentation. A significantaspect of this role will involve identifying, analyzing, and applyingenhancements within the benefits administration framework to ensure anexceptional employee experience.This role necessitates fostering strong workingrelationships with diverse internal departments, including Payroll, GlobalOperations, Procurement, and Legal, to ensure compliant benefits delivery thataligns with the organization’s strategic objectives.


Key tasks:

  • Project Management: Lead the benefits Request for Proposal (RFP) process across multiple EMEA countries. This includes preparing employee communications, coordinating with vendors, and Payroll to ensure accurate deductions aligned with plan design and tax compliance. Set up enrollment and termination processes in collaboration with operational teams, working with Procurement on collecting terms and conditions documents for seamless benefit delivery to employees.
  • Benefits Programs: Implement complex benefit plans that meet organizational goals and comply with regulatory requirements, including legislative changes in the EMEA region.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions: Oversee all aspects of employee benefits in mergers and acquisitions, including developing and executing integration plans, crafting communication strategies, engaging stakeholders, managing change, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and monitoring the effectiveness of integrated benefit programs.
  • Data Governance and Audits: Conduct regular audit checks on data regarding policy renewals, focusing on maintaining the integrity of benefits administration processes and ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Develop and implement data governance strategies to enhance data quality and security.
  • Standardization of Benefits Delivery Model: Utilize the benefits delivery model to standardize solutions across EMEA, ensuring alignment with the HRS business model. Streamline processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
  • 5 years of administration experience with a strong emphasis on benefits administration. Previous experience in benefits strategy development and execution is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in leveraging technology for effective communication and process automation in benefits administration.
  • Advanced proficiency in business applications, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) is beneficial for reporting insights.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR Systems and Case Management Systems related to benefits administration.
  • Experience with Flex platform setup or administration is advantageous, particularly regarding flexible benefit offerings.

Nice to have:

  • Professional HR Benefits or Administration qualification is preferred. Expertise in pensions and benefits is an added advantage.
  • Project management certification is a plus, indicating formal training in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Compensation and benefits qualification preferred, showcasing specialized knowledge in benefits management.
  • Advanced written and spoken English (other languages are a plus).
  • Experience leveraging technology for communications and processes.
