Pursuit Intelligence & Approach Development
- Understand pursuit objectives and required level of support, prioritize requests to focus efforts effectively, and align with pursuit teams on expected outcomes and deadlines.
- Build on existing knowledge to analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, generating actionable intelligence that informs pursuit strategies.
- Gather and enrich existing information on client account history, performance, and strategic priorities to identify opportunities, anticipate needs, and shape winning pursuit strategies.
- Shape a compelling perspective that demonstrates understanding of client challenges and anticipates potential solutions to address their needs.
- Identify and articulate EY’s competitive edge by showcasing proprietary, field proven methodologies & tools, highlighting successful case studies in similar projects, supporting the assembly of a team that meets project requirements, and helping to identify a panel of relevant sectoral/functional experts.
- Develop detailed project approaches aligned with the RFP’s scope of work, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and tailored to the client’s context.
- Curate and adapt relevant support materials for pursuit needs.
- Provide feedback on proposal content to enhance win probability, considering both technical quality and commercial aspects.
- Support other ad-hoc requests from pursuit teams as needed, ensuring timely and relevant assistance.
Pursuit Coordination & Operations Management
- Coordinate and manage the proposal development process, ensuring adherence to timelines, facilitating internal reviews & approvals, and following established stages and processes.
- Develop and maintain trackers to log requests, prioritize tasks, and monitor follow-ups, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion.
- Develop dashboards to track progress, measure performance, and provide visibility on work completed.
Pursuit Review & Excellence
- Review proposal content to ensure it is free of grammatical and formatting errors, and enhance the overall look and feel for a professional, client-ready presentation.
- Enhance the visual appeal and overall design of proposals.
- Conduct end-to-end quality assurance on proposals to ensure completeness, accuracy, and alignment with client and pursuit requirements.
Knowledge Management & Thought Leadership
- Gather market and industry insights continuously to enrich repositories and provide actionable intelligence for pursuit teams.
Qualifications
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields Masters in a relevant business discipline is preferred but not essential.
- Experience : 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Qualifications: PMP certification or equivalent is a strong advantage.

- Exposure to key business domains, among which are transformation programs, performance improvement, and project management, enabling contextual understanding and project/client needs.
- Ability to quickly understand and ramp up on industry sectors.

- Strong visual design skills (in PowerPoint).
Knowledge Management & Technology
- Knowledge management expertise to capture, organize, and reuse institutional knowledge.
- Familiarity with collaboration and content lifecycle management across Office 365 tools (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Experience with document automation, AI-based search tools, and tagging systems.
