What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Develop commissioning, startup, and operations plans for mechanical systems (HVAC, dry air, gas/chemical, hydronic, etc.)
- Lead field execution during commissioning and troubleshooting of facility system operational issues using first principles
- Create and modify maintenance and standard operating procedures (SOPs) and train personnel on new systems and proper operations
- Interface heavily with design and installation teams to assure quality system delivery
- Understand and apply Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) concepts and root cause failure analysis to open-ended problems
- Identify and implement improvement projects to increase facility system reliability and efficiency
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- Intermediate knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and systems including pumps, pneumatics, fans, flow meters, air handling systems, industrial chilled water, heating, process piping, rotating equipment, vibration analysis, and heat transfer
- Strong troubleshooting background and issue resolution
- Strong data and system analysis
- System commissioning and startup experience a plus
