What you’ll achieve

In the
Next Generation Sales Academy (NGSA),you will engage in an intense program that will prepare you for long-term success within the Dell Technologies Sales organization. Over the course of two to three years, you will join our organization as an Associate Inside Sales Representative where you’ll receive premier training from both a technology and sales perspective. Next, you will have the opportunity to be promoted to an Inside Sales Representative, where you will carry a quota and run all aspects of a sales cycle. From there, you can take your career to the next level in outside field sales, sales management, or a specialty selling role. We often see those who are successful in this program having 2-3 jobs in your first three years, all with more responsibility, larger business contribution, and an increase in financial earnings.

Participate in whiteboard competitions, group messaging competitions, and meet metrics expectations

Essential Requirements

Have 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service
Eager to pursue a dynamic sales career, with a focus on driving growth and innovation within data, generative AI, and digital infrastructure.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Relationship building and interpersonal skills
Strong desire to learn

Desirable Requirements

Complete bachelor's degree
Ability to influence others and convey a sense of urgency to drive issues to closure
2-3 years of proven experience engaging with customers—preferably in a sale, customer service, or consultative environment—with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
