What You’ll Do

  • Focus on an outstanding client experience and become their trusted advisor
  • Develop and maintain key client relationships across both IT & their lines of business
  • Own, develop and lead the Cisco Account Management Business Plan
  • Plan and implement your sales strategy to meet and exceed the agreed sales targets, achievements and timescales
  • Work alongside an extended global sales team and specialist teams
  • Deliver accurate pipeline and forecast management
  • Leadership and management of global virtual teams

Minimum Required Experience:

  • Experience in a similar sales and/or account management role
  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles and varied stakeholder management
  • Clear understanding of value-based customer engagement and lifecycle services.
  • Managing and orchestrating matrixed and overlay sales teams to deliver objectives.
  • Successful track record of growing market share and competitor displacement

Preferred Additional Experience:

  • A passionate and can-do attitude to best serve our customers and deliver growth to the business
  • Proven track record of high-performance sales
