What You’ll Do
- Focus on an outstanding client experience and become their trusted advisor
- Develop and maintain key client relationships across both IT & their lines of business
- Own, develop and lead the Cisco Account Management Business Plan
- Plan and implement your sales strategy to meet and exceed the agreed sales targets, achievements and timescales
- Work alongside an extended global sales team and specialist teams
- Deliver accurate pipeline and forecast management
- Leadership and management of global virtual teams
Minimum Required Experience:
- Experience in a similar sales and/or account management role
- Experience in managing complex sales cycles and varied stakeholder management
- Clear understanding of value-based customer engagement and lifecycle services.
- Managing and orchestrating matrixed and overlay sales teams to deliver objectives.
- Successful track record of growing market share and competitor displacement
Preferred Additional Experience:
- A passionate and can-do attitude to best serve our customers and deliver growth to the business
- Proven track record of high-performance sales
