As a Customer/Technical Training Intern, you will delivering, designing, authoring or editing advanced level e-learning, web-based, blended and classroom curriculum to a variety of audiences.
You will:
Ensure effective delivery of training and solutions to support the highest competence given the level of knowledge and skills required.
Deliver and design innovative methodologies to keep learners engaged in platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Adobe Connect
Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions
Partners with the business and subject matter experts to assess and customize training based on current and future needs
Essential Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Data Science (AI, ML), Software Engineering (full stack developer)
Productivity and excellent communications skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Apply analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex situations/ problems using multiple sources of information
Desirable Requirements
Extend capabilities by working closely with senior staff/experts within and outside the internal organization
Regularly interact with colleagues generally up to senior level management
